The Leadership Coaching Programme is customised to address your specific leadership challenges. The Programme last 4-6 months and the focus is on skill transference & sustainability. If you work with us, the process is as follows:
The Leadership Coaching Programme is customised to address your specific leadership challenges. The Programme last 4-6 months and the focus is on skill transference & sustainability. If you work with us, the process is as follows:
- Set-up meeting to identify key goals
- A physiological assessment including 24-hour HRV monitoring & hormonal profiling prior to coaching start*
- Initial 3 hour intensive coaching session
- Follow up sessions via phone or face–face
- Homework between coaching sessions
- A 2nd physiological assessment*
- Review of progress & discussion of next steps.
- Wearing a heart monitor during a normal working day & overnight (hook-up takes ~5min to do)
- Hormonal profiling
- Leadership Profiling
- Psychometric assessment

Whatever your aim, becoming an inspirational leader, avoiding burning out… the journey begins with a thorough assessment of where you are.
360 degree feedback may be helpful but it doesn’t’ tell us what you really need to know. Our approach is to listen to 100 000 different voices. That is, every beat your heart makes in a 24 hour period (and we also throw in 2 key hormone tests too).
We then analyse the patterns in your heart beats to get an extremely clear picture of your current physiological wellbeing and obstructions to performance.
