Alex Richardson is a Senior Research Fellow in Physiology at Oxford University and is widely recognized as an international expert on the relationship between nutrition and behaviour.
She is actively involved in academic research and has more than 75 research publications in peer-reviewed journals and academic books.
She is particularly interested in the performance benefits of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable about the benefits and pitfalls of nutritional supplementation.
She is a founder the Dyslexia Research Trust, co-director of the charity, Food And Behaviour Research (FAB Research), and is a Trustee and Scientific Advisor to the Dyspraxia Foundation.
